The fourth victim is positioned on top of the grand Gotham Casino, situated just west of the main bridge connecting back to Bleake Island. Uncovering the Final Bodies on Founders Island

Once the minions are down, countering the cleavers thrown by Professor Pyg allows you to perform a final takedown on his operating table.
